Work Plan <br /> <br />The Client Needs Assessment <br />. The PACE Group will interview leaders as identified by the selection committee <br />. P ACE will present the detailed job specifications to the Board of Directors for <br />review and approval. <br />. PACE will submit a recruitment profile to the Search Committee for approval. <br /> <br />Identify Targets <br />The PACE Groups looks for individuals: <br />. Both internal and external candidates are given equal consideration. <br />. Who are NOT looking for ajob. <br />. We have the experience and sensitivity to handle local candidates. <br /> <br />Candidate Recruitment <br />. PACE will conduct the search for the very BEST candidates. <br />. P ACE will sell the Area's quality oflife. <br />. P ACE will update the Search Committee with detailed status reports. <br /> <br />Candidate Presentation <br />. Candidates are presented in a professional presentation notebook. <br />. The Candidates resumes are standardized according to the PACE developed resume <br />format for ease of reading. <br />. A DISC Personality Profile will be included on each candidate. <br />. Reference checks will be conducted on each candidate. <br /> <br />Candidate Interviews <br />. P ACE recommends all candidates interview the same day on a staggered schedule. <br />. P ACE recommends using a matrix scorecard for candidate evaluation during the <br />interview. <br />. P ACE recommends behavior interview questions are asked during the interview. <br />. P ACE conducts background checks on finalist selected. <br /> <br />The Offer <br /> <br />. P ACE will assist with all phases of the negotiation (intermediary role). <br />.
