P ACE will present the detailed job specifications to the Board of Directors for review and approval. . PACE will submit a recruitment profile to the Search Committee for approval. Identify Targets The PACE Groups looks for individuals: . Both internal and external candidates are given equal consideration. . Who are NOT looking for ajob. . We have the experience and sensitivity to handle local candidates. Candidate Recruitment . PACE will conduct the search for the very BEST candidates. . P ACE will sell the Area's quality oflife. . P ACE will update the Search Committee with detailed status reports. Candidate Presentation . Candidates are presented in a professional presentation notebook. . The Candidates resumes are standardized according to the PACE developed resume format for ease of reading. . A DISC Personality Profile will be included on each candidate. . Reference checks will be conducted on each candidate. Candidate Interviews . P ACE recommends all candidates interview the same day on a staggered schedule. . P ACE recommends using a matrix scorecard for candidate evaluation during the interview. . P ACE recommends behavior interview questions are asked during the interview. . P ACE conducts background checks on finalist selected. The Offer . P ACE will assist with all phases of the negotiation (intermediary role). . P ACE will recommend a salary range that is competitive within the industry Timeline . P ACE can present candidates within 60 days from the signing of a contract. ~d 7 G R 0 U P
