<br />Allison A. Morris, Vice President, Executive Recruitment <br /> <br />Allison joined the PACE Group in 2005. Allison has conducted healthcare searches in Arkansas, <br />Mississippi, North Dakota, and Texas. She previously worked with Kolar Advertising and <br />Marketing in Austin, Texas. She worked on the account teams for DelFM and TRIADTM Food <br />Groups. Allison coordinated interactive projects for the DelFM Employee Purchase Program email <br />marketing program and worked on Dell™ Services direct mail campaigns. She researched <br />marketing statistics, developed communication plans, and created and maintained production <br />schedules for these clients in an effort to help manage interactive and print campaigns. <br /> <br />Prior to this engagement, she served with National Instruments in Austin, Texas, where she <br />worked in both the Community Outreach and Employee Communication Departments. There she <br />recruited volunteers and worked to coordinate National Instruments outreach programs and <br />international company events. She was awarded the Corporate Communications Intern Excellence <br />Award for two consecutive semesters for her work. <br /> <br />Allison received two degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She excelled in the highly <br />competitive Business Honors Program and also obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration <br />in Marketing. Allison graduated at the top of her class while maintaining leadership roles in her <br />school and community. Throughout college, Allison worked as a freelance choreographer and <br />dance instructor developing her sales, marketing, and management skills while growing a <br />successful small business. <br /> <br />Allison is a native of Texas.
