<br />Ed Siedle, 1363 Pine Bluff, owns property north of the proposed zoning <br />change, and he has no problem with zoning change. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, and the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />8. Consideration of and action on the petition of John Bell for a change in zoning <br />from a Two Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Parking District (P) on Lot 1, City <br />Block 143, being numbers 525 and 527 8th Street S.E. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Richard Hunt, seconded by Bobby Myers. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />9. Public Hearing to consider the petition of G. W. McWaters for a change in <br />zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One-Family Dwelling District (SF- <br />2) on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, City Block A, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, City Block B, <br />being located in the 4400 block of Bonham Street. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Gene McWaters, property owner, stated that this was a small piece of the 91 <br />acres that was originally purchased. There was a small corner of the property <br />that was not changed when the original zoning change was requested. This <br />is a part of the Meadow Park Phase V addition. <br /> <br />There was no opposition present, and the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />10. Consideration of and action on the petition of G. W. McWaters for a change in <br />zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One-Family Dwelling District (SF- <br />2) on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, City Block A, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, City Block B, <br />being located in the 4400 block of Bonham Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Marshall Kent Jr., seconded by Fran Neely. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />11. Consideration of and action on the Site Plan of Coplin Square, Lot 1, City <br />Block A, being number 3070 Lamar Avenue. <br /> <br />Motion was made by to approve subject to the City Engineer's and Community <br />Development Director's respective recommendations by Richard Hunt, <br />seconded by Bobby Myers.
