Citizens Forum. Reverend Rondie Williams, Wayside Church of God in Christ, 2910 Bonham Street - he told the Council there had been an ongoing outcry for years to tear down the Casa Bonita Apartments. Don Taylor, 515 Bunker - he told Council they should be more concerned about the millions of dollars loaned by PEDC rather than the additional $15,000.00 spent on a consultant to hire a city manager. Billy Bell, 2054 Cleveland - he asked Council to consider hiring people and renting a machine to replace deteriorating water and sewer lines. He further expressed concern about officers working with Family Haven, because Family Haven had lost grant money. 7. Possible future agenda items. Don Wilson asked for an item regarding what type of action the City could legally take to tear down the Casa Bonita Apartments. Mayor Manning asked for a study regarding replacement of old water lines. 8. Referrals. Jane Williams - Williams Auto Salvage, 2211 and 2255 North Main, Lots 23-24, Block 251 - request for zoning change from light industrial to heavy industrial. 9. Information items: A.
