Box <br />9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19th, 2007, at which time all bids will <br />be publicly opened, read aloud, tabulated, and referred to the City Council for the purpose of letting such. <br /> <br />Contract Documents may be examined at the following place(s): <br /> <br />City Hall Annex <br />150 S.E. 151 Street <br />Paris, Texas 75460 <br />(903) 784-9298 <br /> <br />Contract Documents may be obtained at the City of Paris, Engineering Office by depositing a check in the <br />amount of$20.00 per set payable to the City of Paris which shall be non-refundable. <br /> <br />Bids must be submitted on the bid form included in the Contract Documents. Bid Security in the form <br />and amount as stated in Instruction to Bidders must be submitted with each bid. <br /> <br />All Bids shall remain open for 60 days after the Bid opening. <br /> <br />It is intended that the project be awarded as a single contract to include all construction as shown in the <br />contract documents. <br /> <br />The City of Paris, Paris, Texas, as OWNER, Reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and to <br />reject any and all bids. <br /> <br />Janice Ellis <br />City Clerk <br />
