Main Street - Pat Crabtree - Motion was made to approve tax exemption by Paul Denney, seconded by Susan Scholz. Motion carried 7-0. 6. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled IISubstandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris: A. 930 Conner B. 63 9th Street N. ~ C. 906 Dickson D. 716 ~ Garrett E. 1520 10th Street N. ~ F. 2600 block of 18th Street N.W. G. 2526 19th Street N. ~ H. 2708 19th Street N. ~ I. 1305 E. Grove Street Motion was made by Paul Burkhart, seconded by Brian Wear, to send all to the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they cannot be rehabilitated nor do they have significant historical value. Motion carried 7-0. 7. Receive draft and set special meeting for workshop to review Design Standards. The consensus of the Commission was to add the workshop at the end of the regular meeting on the 26th and change locations if necessary since there is a Council meeting that night.
