<br />Neilson further stated she would like to build an outdoor fireplace out <br />of the original brick, not painted. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Brian Wear, seconded by Nancy Partridge, to <br />approve the COA with the condition that ventilated, painted brick <br />replace the proposed expanded metal around the air conditioning units. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />B. 1125 Bonham Street - Lamar County Chamber of Commerce - Lisa <br />Wright stated that the Chamber desires to place a message center <br />outside the main entrance to the building. It will be built with recycled <br />plastic that looks like treated wood and will match the existing green <br />color of the building's trim. Motion was made to approve the COA by <br />Paul Denney, seconded by Susan Scholz. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />C. 554 S. Main Street - Clifton Fendley - Mr. Fendley stated roof is leaking <br />in the addition to the house, so they wish to build another roofed roof <br />on top of the addition. He stated if someone removes the roof on the <br />addition, it will not affect the rest of the house. Motion was made to <br />approve the COA by Ann Rogers, seconded by Paul Denney. Motion <br />carried 7-0. <br /> <br />4. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article 11/ of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br /> <br />A. 1005 14th Street N.W. <br /> <br />B. 132 W. Shiloh <br /> <br />C. 533 5th Street N.E. <br /> <br />D. 528 E. Tudor <br /> <br />E. 1221 E. Grove <br /> <br />F. 925 13th Street N.E. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Ann Rogers, seconded by Susan Scholz, to send all <br />structures to the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since <br /> <br />T - -.- <br />
