Main Street - Clifton Fendley - Mr. Fendley stated roof is leaking in the addition to the house, so they wish to build another roofed roof on top of the addition. He stated if someone removes the roof on the addition, it will not affect the rest of the house. Motion was made to approve the COA by Ann Rogers, seconded by Paul Denney. Motion carried 7-0. 4.
