<br />Becky Norment made an appearance to ask the commission to consider this <br />request as to new businesses opening in the area without a parking area. <br />AC Hundley pointed out to the Commission that State law provides for the <br />loading and unloading by temporarily blocking a traffic lane. <br /> <br />Mr. Banks made a motion to remove the loading / unloading zone and revert this <br />area back to 2 hour parking as is common in the downtown area. Mr. McFadden <br />seconded and the motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br />Future agenda items included a request from Mr. Seidle for an update on the N. <br />Collegiate left turn lane project that was approved some time ago. Mr. <br />Kimbrough asked for a report on the 10 block of 151 SE to explain all of the <br />different curb markings in that area and a concern about a possible blind corner <br />problem at the intersection of Jefferson Road and S. Collegiate. <br /> <br />Mr. McFadden made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Banks, and the <br />meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Bob Hundley <br />Assistant Chief of Police <br />
