I apologize for the lateness of the budget and the time <br />restraints it has put upon you. The attachments to this correspondence will shed some light on those <br />areas in the budget that will need explanations. <br /> <br />Attachment A is the certification of the 2007 Appraisal Roll <br /> <br />Attachment B is the recommended reclassifications <br /> <br />Attachment C is proposed car allowances for the department heads <br /> <br />Attachment 0 is the contracts with non-profit organizations <br /> <br />Attachment E is the ~omprehensive debt payment schedule <br /> <br />Attachment F is the General Fund Capital equipment lease <br /> <br />Attachment G is the General Fund Capital equipment purchase, 1000 Series <br /> <br />Attachment H is the Water and Sewer equipment leasing, 0509 <br /> <br />Attachment I is the Water and Sewer capital, 1002 <br /> <br />In addition to these attachments I have highlighted the General Fund line items which can be found on <br />pages 1 through 27. Line item highlights for the Water and Sewer fund on pages 28 through 36. <br /> <br />There will be additional pages that will be highlighting certain departments travel, publications, and <br />associations costs included in your agenda packet. <br /> <br />The budget will be presented to the City Council in detail at its regular meeting scheduled for August <br />27. If you have any questions concerning any line item please call Gene Anderson or me and we will <br />be happy to answer your questions. <br />
