Motion made was made by <br />Pike Burkhart, seconded by Ann Rogers, to send all structures except 4B to <br />the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they cannot be <br />rehabilitated nor do they have significant historical value. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Paul Denney asked what the status of ownership is on 415 4th Street S.W. <br />Arvin Starrett asked if the house was noteworthy as a landmark. Paul Denney <br />stated it is on the level with the Pine Bluff houses. Lisa Wright advised she <br />would give the owners a 90 day notice. <br /> <br />4. Consideration of and action on awarding the following facade grant: <br /> <br />A. 111 Lamar Avenue - David and Judy Daniel - Motion was made to <br />approve by Paul Denney, seconded by Pike Burkhart. Motion carried <br />5-0. <br /> <br />5.
