<br />8. Consideration of and action on the Site Plan of Lot 13-D, City Block 259, being <br />number 410 N. Collegiate Drive. Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded <br />by Curtis Fendley, to approve the Site Plan. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />9. Public hearing to consider the Site Plan of Lot 4, Block 8, Springlake Addition, <br />being number 230 N. Collegiate Drive. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />A. There was no one to speak in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />B. The following individuals spoke in opposition of the petition. <br /> <br />Brenda Hampton, 238 28th Street N.E., does not support drive thru. <br /> <br />Edith Dunne, 257 28th Street N.E., stated that children play on the street <br />where the drive thru exits, and this could be dangerous. She stated that <br />no other businesses along that area exit onto 28th. <br /> <br />Yvonne Bowers, 214 28th Street N.E., said she is concerned about <br />trash, traffic, and noise. Benny Plata asked her if is there much traffic <br />on this street currently, and she stated that there is not. <br /> <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Site Plan of Lot 4, Block B, Springlake <br />Addition, being number 230 N. Collegiate Drive. Motion was made by Fran <br />Neeley, seconded by Benny Plata, to deny the Site Plan. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />11. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 12 and part of Lot <br />11, Block 1, Neagle Addition, being number 1600 S. Church Street. <br /> <br />Withdrawn. <br /> <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 12 and part of Lot 11, <br />Block 1, Neagle Addition, being number 1600 S. Church Street. <br /> <br />Withdrawn. <br /> <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots B-A, 8-B and 9, <br />City Block 222-B, Platinum Place 222-B Addition, being number 69, 115 and <br />125 27th N.E. Alice Anderson represented the Sanders and stated that this <br />will be a 16 bed assisted living facility located between Taylor Medical and the <br />Exxon station. Motion was made by Curtis Fendley, seconded by Bobby <br />Myers, to approve the plat subject to City Engineer's recommendations. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots B-A, 8-B and 9, City Block <br />222-8, Platinum Place 222-8 Addition, being number 69, 115 and 125 27th N.E. <br />Motion was made by Fran Neeley, seconded by Barbara Forrest, to approve <br />the plat subject to City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />15. The meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. <br />
