Motion was made by Curtis Fendley, <br />seconded by Bobby Myers, to approve the Site Plan subject to the City <br />Engineer and CD Director's recommendations. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />5. Public hearing to consider the Site Plan of Lot 5, 6 and 7, Block 8, Springlake <br />Addition, being number 200 N. Collegiate <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bobby Myers, seconded by Curtis Fendley, to recuse <br />Reeves Hayter and Richard Hunt. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Public hearing was declared open by Temporary Vice-Chairman Fendley. <br /> <br />A. There was no one to speak in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />B. The following individuals spoke in opposition of the petition: <br /> <br />Sybil Colson, 819 Lamar, concerned about what the rear of the building <br />will look like, because she doesn't want it to look like the back of a <br />tacky strip center. . - <br /> <br />Brenda Hampton, 238 28th Street N.E., stated she was also concerned <br />about what it will look like in the back. <br /> <br />C. The public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Site Plan of Lot 5, 6 and 7, Block 8, <br />Springlake Addition, being number 200 N. Collegiate. Motion was made by <br />Bobby Myers, seconded by Benny Plata, to approve the Site Plan subject to <br />the City Engineer and CD Director's recommendations. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bobby Myers, seconded by Fran Neeley, to return Reeves <br />Hayter and Richard Hunt: Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />7. Public hearing to consider the Site Plan of Lot 13-D, City Block 259, being <br />number 410 N. Collegiate Drive. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open by Chairman Hayter. <br /> <br />A. There was no one to speak in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />B. There was no opposition. <br /> <br />C. The public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Lisa Wright notified commissioners that a corrected Site Plan had been <br />brought in today, and all items on the recommendation memo have been <br />addressed. <br />
