She said she can just envision 28th Street being completed closed because of traffic if there is a driveway through the business. Motion was made by Curtis Fendley, seconded by Darin Manning, to approve site plan. Motion carried 5-1. 7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Chantu Addition CB296, being number 495 35th Street N.E. Motion was made by Curtis Fendley, seconded by Richard Hunt, to approve plat subject to City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6-0. Lisa Wright reminded the Chans not to remove any trees until they received their final plat. 8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1 and 2, Block A, Baxley Addition CB222, being number 196 and 198 20th Street N.E. Motion was made by Fran Neeley, seconded by Darin Manning, to approve the plat subject to City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6-0. 9. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Fran Neeley, to recuse Reeves Hayter from items 9 and 10. Motion carried 5-0. Motion carried 5-0. 11. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 11, Block 251, Main Street Town Homes Addition 251, being number 1715 North Main Street. Motion was made by Fran Neeley, seconded by Darin Manning, to approve the plat subject to City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6-0. 12. Discussion of and possible action on setting workshop dates to review proposed changes to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Fran Neeley stated she will be out of commission until after Thanksgiving. Darin Manning reminded the Commission that he will be leaving for the military next week and will gone until November 9 and again starting January 3. The Commission set a workshop date for Tuesday October 9, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. The Commission discussed the need for a future agenda item to review and recommend development standards so that the City can have more control --..--.-w-.....--.m.
