Section 3. That the City of Paris wishes to also collaborate with the Counties of Lamar, Delta, Hopkins, and Hunt in the formation of the SURRMA to meet common transportation goals. Section 4. That the City Council of the City of Paris supports and recommends the appointment by Lamar County Commissioners' Court of Curtis Fendley and Tanis Hager as members to the Board of Directors of the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority. Section 5. That the meeting at which this resolution was approved was conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Texas Government Code Chapter 551 Section 6.
