Section 3. That the City of Paris wishes to also collaborate with the Counties of Lamar, <br />Delta, Hopkins, and Hunt in the formation of the SURRMA to meet common transportation goals. <br />Section 4. That the City Council of the City of Paris supports and recommends the <br />appointment by Lamar County Commissioners' Court of Curtis Fendley and Tanis Hager as <br />members to the Board of Directors of the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority. <br />Section 5. That the meeting at which this resolution was approved was conducted in strict <br />compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Texas Government Code Chapter 551 <br />Section 6.
