<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are <br />hereby in all things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />recommendations of the Mayor for appointments to the Traffic Commission and <br />hereby approves and appoints the following persons to serve on the Traffic <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Section 3. That George Fisher, Mary Lane, Ray Banks and Dr. Thomas <br />Calabria be, and they are hereby, reappointed, to serve as members of the Traffic <br />Commission of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning <br />approximately July 1,2007, and ending June 30, 2010. <br /> <br />Section 4. That Bee Garman be and she is hereby appointed to serve the <br />unexpired term of Edward D. Ellis which expires on December 31,2009. <br /> <br />Section 5. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of <br />passage. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of July, 2007." <br /> <br />Section 3.
