Price. Motion was made <br />by Bobby Myers, seconded by Benny Plata, to approve the request. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />5. Public hearing to consider the petition of Peoples Bank for a change in zoning <br />from a Planned Development District-Retail Shopping Center (PD-a) to a <br />General Retail District (GR) on Lot 6, City Block 286, being number 2915 <br />Lamar Avenue. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />A. The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />Terry Christian, 2750 Willow Bend, spoke in favor of the petition and <br />stated that the facts are the same as the previous item. <br /> <br />B. Hickory Street. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />A. The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />AI Green, 1605 17th Street N.E., spoke in favor of the petition.
