2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings (November 13, 2007). Chairman Wilson asked if there were any corrections. There were none. A Motion to approve the minutes was made by Bee Garmon and seconded by Zach Saffle. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Continued discussion of and possible action on recommending provisions regulating outdoor storage. Chairman Wilson advised the Committee that Draft #3 was in their packets; however, there was a need for language clarification and that Draft #4 ofthe proposed Ordinance had been placed before them. Chairman Wilson referred the Committee to the Section dealing with definitions. After review and discussion, the Committee elected to make the following changes to Draft #4: Definitions: (g) Setback. This definition was deleted. (h) (1) Prohibited outside storage. The words "for rodents or other vermin" will replace the words "for rodents of other vermin." (h)(6) Prohibited outside storage. The words "In the event of a tire dealership" will be deleted. (h)(8) Will be deleted. (h) (1 0) The word "pallets" will be added after casks.
