Status report on program targeting junked vehicles. <br />Lisa Wright reported staff was working the City using the 137 pages of tax maps to ensure <br />there was no overlap and to further ensure that nothing was missed. So far, staff has worked only <br />11 and has 241 courtesy notices. Lisa said the process was taking more time than anticipated and <br />she did not believe they would be able to complete the entire city within thirty days. Marilyn <br />Bellevance asked Lisa if staff was ready for volunteers to begin inputting information into the <br />computer and Lisa answered in the affirmative. Lisa asked those who wished to volunteer to call <br />her. <br />5. Request items for future agendas. <br />Council Member Biard asked that parking in the yard and parking motor homes in the street <br />be added to the next Agenda. He scheduled the next meeting far Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 5:00 <br />p.m. <br />6. Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Brown <br />and seconded by Bee Garmon. Motion carried unanimously.
