M E M O R A N D U M <br />TO: Planning & Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Lisa A. Wright, Director of Community Development <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer / Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Amended Site Plan for Mirabeau Square Shopping Center <br />DATE: March 3, 2008 <br />We have reviewed the site plan of the above-subject property and have found the following <br />issues that must be addressed: <br />1. Show depth of buildings near Bath and Body Works; show depth of Radio Shack <br />building; and show depth of Shoe Department building. <br />2. Show heights of existing buildings. <br />3. Show width of traffic aisles in south and southwest areas around the outside of the <br />buildings and on the parking aisles in the southwest corner of the inside parking lot. <br />4. Indicate on the site plan that a parking space variance has been granted by the Board <br />of Adjustment. <br />5. Show dimensions of off-street loading areas. <br />6. Show widths of rights-of-way and street pavement on the access road and Loop east <br />of the property. <br />7. Show dimensions of nearest fire hydrants <br />8. Show size of adjacent public water and sewer lines. <br />9. Show size of water and sewer taps, water meter, and on-site utility lines, and <br />backflow devices. <br />10. Show surface drainage plan with proposed and existing ground information in the <br />area of the proposed expansion of Hobby Lobby and other areas of future <br />development. <br />11. Increase font throughout as necessary to a minimum that is more easily readable <br />without the requirement of magnification. <br />12. Note that the site plan is the only page provided which has been sealed by an <br />engineer; therefore, all other pages will used be for reference purposes only. <br />With the exceptions listed above, the site plan contains all ofthe minimum required elements <br />to satisfy the City of Paris site plan requirements. <br />/lw <br />cc: Kevin Carruth, City Manager <br />M.
