<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY T13E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />Pt1RIS, TE}CAS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />; . by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 0£ the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Shogping Center, Fire
<br />Limits, be, and the same is hereby established o❑ Lot 3, City
<br />Rlock 287, on property belonging to RayPord Walker, so as to
<br />include in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping
<br />Center, Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property, which
<br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries o£
<br />said Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, FiYe
<br />Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as £ollows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br />. o£ Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 3, City Block
<br />287, and being a tract of land owned by Rayford
<br />- Walker, mo=e particularly described as follows:
