PARIS LIVING A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />Board Meeting <br />March 12, 2008 - 4:00 p.m. <br />Minutes <br />The Paris Living-A Community Development Corporation (PLCDC) held a pubic meeting on <br />Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at the Moore Law firm, Paris, Texas. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Clifton Fendley, President <br />Philip Cecil, Treasurer <br />Mary Clark, Board Member <br />Denise Williams, Board Member <br />Chris Fitzgerald, Board Member <br />Don Wilson, Board Member <br />Jerome Pipkin, Board Member <br />Jerard Moseley, Board Member <br />Olivia Johnson, Board Member <br />Ron Knight, Board Member <br />Stacy Byrd, Board Member <br />Others in Attendance: Michael Hunter, Hunter & Hunter Consultants, Inc. <br />Minutes: Minutes of the February 13, 2008 Board Meeting was approved by a motion made <br />by Philip Cecil. Clifton Fendley seconded the motion. <br />Vote: Ayes: S Nays: O Abstain: 0 Absent: 5 <br />Prolects• <br />FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE: <br />1. Administrative Update <br />a. Contract Performance <br />Michael Hunter updated the Board on the three lots currently under contract. He further <br />stated that the City of Paris had given him a list of available lots for the program and had <br />further indicated which lots they thought might be best for the Program. He stated that <br />he had given a copy of the listed lots to Whitaker Homes for them to review. He <br />informed the board that he had received fewer calls from prospective applicants than in <br />the past, but that the callers appeared to be better qualified than before. <br />b.
