MINUTES <br />WORK SESSION <br />CITY COUNCIL TASK FORCE ON CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19 2008 <br />Call meeting to order and roll call. <br />Chairman Wilson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Don Wilson, Chairman <br />Will Biard <br />Steve Brown <br />Jim Lassister <br />Don B. Taylor <br />John S. House <br />Cheryt Moore <br />Pete Kampfer <br />Bee Garmon <br />Jerry Rose <br />John Fuston <br />Marilyn Bellevance <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Bruce Frazier <br />Oscar Johnson <br />Jerome Pipkins <br />Chris Brown <br />Zach Saffle <br />C. Also present was Lisa Wright, Director of Community Development; Kent McIlyar, <br />City Attorney; Janice Ellis, City Clerk; Shawn Napier, City Engineer; Ronnie <br />Grooms, Fire Chief; John Lestock, Assistant City Attorney; and Matt Birch, Police <br />Officer. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting . (February 5, 2008). <br />Subject to the insertion of "Motion" being added on the first line under Section D, a Motion <br />to approve the minutes was made by Pete Kampfer and seconded by John Fuston.
