DTECH will <br />perForm the work per local, state and federal guidelines including regulations of <br />the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety & Health <br />Administration (OSHA), and the Texas Department of State Health Services <br />(TDSHS). <br />The TDSHS asbestos removal fee is not included with our bid. TDSHS will send <br />this removal fee invoice directly to the building owner. Fees are determined by <br />the quantity of asbestos to be reported on the TDSHS notification form. TDSHS <br />calculates fees at $30 per Asbestos Reporting Unit (ARU); each 160 square feet <br />or 260 linear feet of asbestos abated equals one ARU. The minimum fee shall <br />be a$55 administration fee per original notification. The maximum fee shall be <br />$3,210 per notification. It is our understanding the City of Paris will choose and <br />pay appropriate waste dump fees. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal, and look fonivard to the <br />opportunity to demonstrate our professional capabilities.
