A. 2722 Bonham Street; Part of Lots 24, 25 and 26, Sperry's lst Addition - Motion <br />was made by David Nabors, seconded by Harrell Tippitt, to allow 60 days to <br />demolish. If the property is not demolished within 60 days, the City may demolish, <br />with a$1,000 per day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />B. 3147 Bonham Street; Lot 1, Block 8, Mayer Addition - Motion was made by Chris <br />Brown, seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 90 days to demolish. If the property is <br />not demolished within 90 days, the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />C. 23018th Street N.W.; Part of Lots 1 and 2, Block B, Westview Addition - David <br />Nabors stated he wants to see some houses preserved. He further asked Robert <br />Talley to get an administrative search warrant for the property. Robert Talley stated <br />he can do that, but the City cannot afford to rehabilitate the house since we don't own <br />it and can't sell it. He further added the taxes are not being paid. Motion was made <br />by Harrell Tippitt, seconded by Ryan Lassiter, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the <br />property in not demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />D. 1613 W. Houston; Lot 9, City Block 198 - Motion was made by Harrell Tippitt, <br />seconded by Lucius Joe, Jr., to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property is not <br />demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. 1337 W. Houston; Lot 3, City Block 190 - Motion was made by Vicki Ballard, <br />seconded by David Nabors, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property is not <br />demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />F. 1404 19th Street N.W.; Part of Lot 3, City Block 235-A - Motion was made by <br />David Nabors, seconded by Chris Brown, to allow 90 days to demolish. If the <br />property is not demolished within 90 days, the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />G. 561 W. Provine; Lot 25, City Block 88 - Motion was made by Chris Brown, <br />seconded by Harrell Tippitt, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the property is not <br />demolished within 30 days, the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion camed unanimously.. <br />H. 1655 4th Street S.W. and 338 W. Neagle; Lots 1, 2 and 3, City Block 170-B - <br />Motion was made by Vicki Ballard, seconded by Chris Brown, to allow 30 days to <br />demolish.
