Demonstrated excellent management abilities and rapidly <br />advanced from the field to administrative and management responsibilities to senior <br />management. <br />Since 1985, have served as corporate executive officer, responsible for corporate <br />finance, contract negotiations and administration, the general management of The <br />Cherry Companies' (Cherry Demolition, Cherry Crushed Concrete, Cherry <br />Administrative Services and Cherry Concrete Removal, Ltd.), and client and public <br />relations. Developed comprehensive company health and safety program, resulting in <br />exceptional safet); record. Directs daily management of office and staff, and oversees <br />company policies and procedure and benefits program. <br />Mr. Cherry is heavily involved in management, operations and contract <br />administration. Projects include full-service industrial, commercial and residential <br />demolition, dismantling, remediation and recycling. <br />1995 - Present President and founder of Cherry Crushed Concrete specializing in the recycling and <br />resale of concrete generated by the demolition industry with two (2) permanent <br />crushing sites, 2 stabilized material sites and four (4) portable plants recycling in <br />excess of two (2) million tons of concrete and steel per year. <br />Services provided are on and off site crushing, road removal and roll-off. Materials <br />provided are flex base, gabion stone, sewer rock, bull rock, <br />"rip rap", crushed asphalt and stabilized base all from recycled concrete. <br />2004 Formed Cherry Concrete Removal, Ltd. providing roll-off box service for concrete <br />and steel products. <br />PERSONAL: Married 31 years, 2 children <br />
