Michael D. Dokell <br />Cherry Companies <br />Mr. Dokell is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Commercial, Interior and <br />Residential Demolition Division. He manages the development of proposals, contract negotiations, sales <br />meetings with prospective clients, supervising Proposal Development Managers, Estimators, Contract <br />Administrators and Marketing Coordinators. <br />Born December 10, 1964 in Houston, Texas, Mr. Dokell graduated from Sharpstown High School in <br />Houston, Texas in 1983. He received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Texas, Austin, <br />Texas in 1987. He received training in CPR, 1987; Multimedia First Aid, 1988 from the Red Cross; <br />Supervisor Accident Prevention, 1990; Hazwopper Training, 1997; Lead Awareness Training, 1995; and <br />Presentations and Public Speaking, 1996. <br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: <br />1985 -1996 Olshan Demolishing Company - Vice President <br />Started out as a laborer; worked his way up to operator, foreman, project manager and <br />then estimator. In 1994, Mike Dokell was promoted to Vice President in charge of all <br />estimating. <br />1997 -1998 LVI Demolition Services - Vice President <br />Hired to help build the demolition division of LVI Environmental. LVI experienced a <br />two fold increase in demolition revenue with a respectable profit margin during <br />Mike's tenure.
