Burgess is preparing a rate study for retail water <br />service. This includes revenue requirements and allocation <br />of cost to 011 customer classes. In addition, this project <br />includes 0 depreciation analysis of infrastructure assets to <br />review the useful lives of 011 ofthe deportment's assets for <br />water and sewer. Carter 8. Burgess is also developing cost <br />of service and design of water supply standby charges. <br /> <br />City of Longvievv Meter <br />Accuracy Tests <br />Longview, Texas <br />Severn Trent Pipeline Services conducted a study of six meters. <br />Velocity profiles were token and measured at eoch location. <br />The flow was measured at three different flow rates to <br />determine performance flow of each meter.
