Their roles and reporting <br />responsibilities are shown in the organization chart below. <br />The Carter & Burgess Team is organized around a Project <br />Manager who will have direct responsibility for the day-to- <br />day activities of the Project Team and ensure that all resources <br />are allocated to the team as required to meet the project <br />demands. He will also be the main point of contact for the <br />City of Paris throughout the entire project. The Project <br />Manager will be supported by senior professionals with <br />extensive expertise and experience in their respective area <br />and will report di rectly to the Project Manager. <br /> <br />An organizational chart depicting the Carter & Burgess Team <br />is shown below. Brief qualifications of our team members <br />are provided on the following pages, and full resumes of <br />these and additional personnel are included in the Appendix <br />ofthis submittal. <br /> <br />We are pleased to present Dr. Albert Petrasek, Jr, PE as <br />the Project Manager for the City of Paris' Comprehensive <br />Water Distribution System Audit. Dr. Petrasek has over 30 <br />years of experience in the planning, design, and operation <br />of civil and environmental engineering projects. These <br />projects include water treatment and distribution, water and <br />wastewater master planning, wastewater collection and <br />treatment, water reuse, process design, municipal solid <br />waste, hazardous waste, Superfund activities, air pollution <br />control, wetlands and general environmental services. He <br />has held positions with government agencies and consulting <br />firms and served on the graduate faculty at universities in <br />Texas and elsewhere. <br /> <br />Ron Hayes, PE will be responsible for Engineering <br />Services required for this project.
