Mr. Hayes has extensive <br />experience in the preparation of plans, specifications and <br />estimates for water, wastewater, drainage and paving <br />projects. <br /> <br />larry Shaw, CPA will be responsible for Financial Services <br />for this project. Mr. Shaw has more than 30 years of <br />experience specializing in management consulting related <br />to public infrastructure including water, wastewater, solid <br />waste and storm water. He specializes in financial planning <br />and analysis, financial modeling, asset management, <br />information systems technology, operations management, <br />organizational analysis, performance measurement and <br />benchmarking. Mr. Shaw has performed more than 100 <br />related financial analyses of utilities including rate studies, <br />financial modeling, and review of impact and special fees. <br />Mr. Shaw formerly directed KPMG Peat Marwick LLP's <br />consulting seNices to government owned utilities from 1980 <br />through 1995. Before joining KPMG in 1980, Mr. Shaw <br />was employed at a major metropolitan water and <br />wastewater utility as a Special Projects Manager and as the <br />Assistant Director of Business where he supervised all <br />accounting, finance, rate, meter, information system, <br />customer service and budget activities. Since, 1980, Mr. <br />Shaw has completed an average of 40 hours per year of <br />training focusing on government and utility services, covering <br />the functions offinancial management, information systems <br />and operations management. He has been an active <br />participant in AWWA activities since 1975. <br /> <br />Lin Lindsey will be responsible for Field Work for this <br />project. Mr. Lindsey has over 35 years of extensive <br />experience in construction inspection and quality control for <br />a wide range of projects including water and wastewater, <br />utilities, roadways, airports, flood control and large mixed- <br />use land developments. His experience includes projectneld <br />inspection supeNision, contract administration and project <br />coordination. He has also been responsible for construction <br />testing and monthly estimate verification. <br /> <br />Carter ~:Burgess <br /> <br />Tom Bean, PE will provide leak Detection Services for <br />this project. Mr. Bean joined Severn Trent PipQliM S~rvices <br />(STPS) in 1969 and has hands-on field and management <br />experience in water distribution systems, district <br />measurements, hydrauliC field testing, hydrauliC modeling <br />studies, water quality analysis, and master planning projects. <br />Mr. Bean is responsible for field data acquisition, overall <br />data analysis, report preparation, budget control, and overall <br />data and report quality for all projects being performed by <br />STPS in the Southern District. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />.. <br />
