Developed and implemented a water <br />and wastewater cost based pricing structure for Fort Smith, Arkansas on a regional utility basis from the owner/ customer <br />basis used historically. Worked with a customer advisory group composed of retail and wholesale customers during the <br />entire study. <br /> <br />. Hot Springs Water and Wastewater Pricing Structure, Hot Springs, AR; Project Manager. Currently developing a cost based <br />water and wastewater pricing structure on 0 regional basis for retail and wholesale customers of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The <br />city currently has a non-cost based pricing structure. <br /> <br />. Water Rate Study and Distribution System Assessment (Merger of little Rock and North little Rock Water Utility Systems); <br />little Roclc/North little Rock, AR; Senior Management Consultant. Performing a cost of service water rate study including <br />evaluation of the need for impoct fees and an updating of its ancillary fees and charges. This includes establishing financial <br />and service poliCies for the merged utility. An evaluation of each city's distribution system is also being performed with the <br />results being incorporated into the initial pricing structure for the merged utility operation. The goal is development of a <br />unified rate structure equalized over a seven to ten year period. <br /> <br />. Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) Water and Retail Rate Study, Dallas, TX; Project Manager. Prepared retail rates study, <br />including a depreciation analysis of infrastructure assets and development of water supply. <br /> <br />. Wood County Water and Wastewater Pricing Structure, Wood County, OH; Project Manager. Developed and implemented a <br />single cost based pricing structure for water and wastewater service for the Wood County, Ohio utility with different rates in <br />each of twenty-two different service areas. <br />
