The evaluation concluded that 0 non-standard development process was being used, and that <br />the work was not properly monitored. Also, the other consultant's project manager was not using 0 detailed work plan to <br />monitor either the client tasks or the consultant tasks to perform the project. The evaluation project team concluded that the, <br />custom system development project could not succeed and that the work done to dote would not be useful and should be <br />abandoned. <br /> <br />.
