Special Council Meeting <br />August 4, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br />Inspection Division, and Code Enforcement Division. <br />Lisa Wright, Director of Cox Field Airport - presented the organizational chart and a list of <br />vehicles for the airport. <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer - presented the organizational chart and a list of vehicles for the <br />Engineering Department, which included Public Works, Street Division, Parks/R.O.W. Division, <br />Recreation Division, Garage, Water/Sewer Division, Sanitation Division and Traffic Division. Mr. <br />Napier also covered capital improvements for various divisions. <br />Gene Anderson, Finance Director - presented the organizational chart for Finance & Human <br />Resources, which included the Water Billing Office and Warehouse. Mr. Anderson also provided <br />Council with a list of vehicles for the Water Billing Office. <br />Ronnie Grooms, Fire Chief - presented the organizational chart for the Fire Department and <br />a list of vehicles. Chief Grooms also covered proposed capital improvements. <br />3. Deliberate on possible future agenda items. <br />None were referenced. <br />4. Adj ournment. <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adj ourn was made by Council Member McCarthy <br />and seconded by Council Member Kear. Motion carried, 6 ayes - 0 nays.
