Campbell Street, be changed <br />from Low Density Residential to Light lndustrial. <br />B. That the future land use recommended for the property /ocated on Lot <br />3, City Block 305, being located in the 2000 block of W. Campbell Street, <br />be changed from Low Density Residential to Light Industrial. <br />Public hearing for items A and B were declared open. <br />The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Pete Kampfer, Chamber of Commerce/PEDC, stated they are buying the <br />property to provide a buffer and an access to the Industrial Park. They <br />will be cleaning up the property, also. <br />There was no opposition present. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Reeves Hayter wanted to ensure that the 150 foot buffer zone along <br />Campbell Street remains residential. Motion was made by Curtis <br />Fendley, seconded by Brad Archer, to approve the changes. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br />C. That the future land use recommended for the proper[y located on Lot <br />18, Block 203, Scott & Braden Addition, being number 2306 W. <br />Kaufman, be changed from Low Density Residential to Commercial. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />No one spoke for or against the proposed change. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Brad Archer, seconded by Darin Manning, to <br />approve the change. Motion carried 6-0. <br />5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of John and <br />Laura Janes for a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) <br />to a Neighborhood Service District (NS) on Lot 3, City B/ock 254, being <br />number 2152 Clarksville Street. <br />. 000031 <br />
