A minimum width of ten
(10) feet shall be required if any structure or obstacle that would
impede the opening of a car door is within two (2) feet of the
curbside of a parallel parking space.
(b) At no time after initial approval of the parking area layout can changes be
made to the location or number of provided spaces unless approved by the
community development director.
.
