RESOLUTION NO. 2008-090: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A PREFABRICATED <br />PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE FROM THE GREATER PARIS DEVELOPMENT <br />FOUNDATION, INC., A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, <br />FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE 0.8 MILE EAST EXTENSION OF TRAIL DE <br />PARIS. <br />18. Deliberate on drainage ditch maintenance report. <br />Shawn Napier presented an update of progress made to eliminate drainage problems. He said <br />a total of 691 labor hours and $38,895.00 were used to complete 33 projects. <br />19. Deliberate on Casa Bonita demolition project. <br />Lisa Wright gave an update on the Casa Bonita Apartment Complex. She stated that contract <br />documents had been forwarded to Intercon and that they would be given a notice to proceed as soon <br />as all required documents had been received. <br />20. Report on demolition of dilapidated houses. <br />Lisa Wright reported during the month of September the following demolition activities: 1) <br />19 work orders were issued; 2)18 work orders completed; 3) there were 6 pending work orders; 4) <br />1,011.21 tons were demolished; 5) the demolition cost was $26,291.46; and 6) the landfill cost was <br />$28,313.88. <br />21.
