Second reading, deliberate, and act on an Ordinance amending the <br />City of Paris Code of Ordinances by revising Section 26-1 of said <br />code to authorize the staffing levels of the Police Department. <br />15.Second reading, deliberate and act on an Ordinance amending <br />Chapter 31 of the Traffic Code of the Code of Ordinances, by <br />adding Article VII, School Zones, Section 31-135, regulating the <br />use of hand-held mobile telephones and mobile communication <br />devices in reduced speed school zones. <br />16.Public Hearing to provide an opportunity to present comments and <br />written evidence; deliberate, first reading and possibly act on an <br />ordinance amending the Future Land Use Plan Map as follows: <br />a.
