5. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code <br />inspectors zo be in violation of Article III of Cliapter 7 of the Coe of Ordinances of the <br />City of Par-is, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structures, " to determine whether such buildings or structures can be r-ehabilitated and <br />designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a r•ecorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic properry as designated by the Ciry Council of'the Ciry of Paris: <br />a. 101 E. Washington <br />b. 606 E. Grove <br />c. 769 Ash <br />d. 8315 Street N.E. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Matt Coyle, to send all structures to the <br />Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they cannot be rehabilitated nor <br />do they have significant historical value. Motion carried 4-0. <br />6. Request items for future agendas. 8th and Hearon was pulled previously, report status on <br />next agenda. Reappoint design guideline subcommittee. <br />7.
