The
proposed fence will be a 40" wooden picket fence to replace railroad ties that
are currently in the yard, and it will be painted white. The fence will be placed
2 feet inside of the property line, and it is needed to keep stray animals and
kids out of the yard. Ms. Harris further stated she has spent a lot of money on
yard plantings and kids are pulling up her flowers. There are other fences
along the street. The proposed fence has been moved from another location,
but is in good condition and will be painted.
Linda Reyes, 1155 15`h Street S.E., stated she is the mother of the applicant.
She said her daughter has done a lot of hard work on the property, and the
fence will keep dogs from digging up the dirt they moved in to level the yard.
. 000026
