That Section 6-4, entitled Airport security division, and Section 6-5, entitled Joint airport zoning board, of Article I, entitled In General, of Chapter 6, entitled Aviation, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, are hereby in all things repealed, and the current Section 6-6, entitled Taxiing and traffic rules adopted for airport, shall be and is hereafter amended to be re-designated Section 6-4. Section 3. That Section 6-22, entitled Permits for aeronautical activities, of Article II, entitled Standards for Aeronautical Activities at Cox Field, of Chapter 6, entitled Aviation, of the Code of Ordinances ofthe City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby amended to repeal paragraph (d) of Section 6-22, the same dealing with the requirement for permitees to participate in fire, rescue, and other emergency training, and the current paragraphs (e) and (f) of Section 6-22 shall further be amended to be re-designated paragraphs (d) and (e) respectively. Section 4. That Section 6-28, entitled Aircraft charter and taxi service, of Article II, entitled Standards for Aeronautical Activities at Cox Field, of Chapter 6, entitled Aviation, of the Code of Ordinances ofthe City of Paris, Paris, Texas, shall be and is hereafter amended to revise numbered paragraph (2) thereof, the aforesaid revised paragraph (2) to read as follows: "Sec. 6-28. Aircraft charter and taxi service. (2) The operator must provide assurance ofthe availability of suitable aircraft, with qualified operators. " Section 5. That all other ordinances or portions of ordinances not specifically in conflict with this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. Section 6.
