SEC. 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to interfere, <br />prevent, or obstruct the policeman in lawfully impounding any <br />stock required by the city ordinance to be impounded, and if any <br />person shall interfere, prevent, or obstruct the lawful impounding <br />of such stock, he shall, upon conviction, be punished by fine in <br />any sum of not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred <br />dollars. <br />SEC. 2.
