THENCE South 89043'26" West along a fence along the North Boundary Line of said Swint 18.4 acre tract a distance of 318.31 feet to a 1/2" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner, said corner being Easterly a distance of 344.24 feet from a 1/2" iron pin (t) at the Northwest corner of said Swint 18.4 acre tract; THENCE North 30013 '29" East a distance of 607.17 feet to a 1/2" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE West a distance of 345.41 feet to a V2" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE North 370 14 '01" East along the East Boundary Line of Still house Road I Lamar County Road 41100 a distance of 70.99 feet to a V2" iron pin (t) for corner; THENCE East a distance of 1000.00 feet to a 1/2" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE South a distance of 589.19 feet to a 1/2" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE North 89011' 58" West along a fence along a South Boundary Line of said Dunnagan 130.5 acre tract and along the Northerly North Boundary Line of said Townwood 99.54 acre tract, a distance of 684.95 feet to the place of beginning and containing 505,848.03 square feet ofland, or 11.613 acres ofland, be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the city of Paris, Texas, and that boundary limits of the city of Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, extended to include the above-described territory, and the same shall hereafter be included within the territorial limits of the city of Paris, and that said land and the inhabitants thereof shall hereafter be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and subject to all of the obligations and responsibilities of other citizens of the city of Paris, Texas, and shall be bound by the acts and ordinances of the City of Paris. Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to file with the County Clerk of Lamar County, Texas, a certified copy of this Ordinance accompanied by a copy of the Petition for Annexation. Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 2004.
