<br />enforcement responses for any violation reasonably anticipated by the City and the <br />title of the official(s) responsible for implementing each type of enforcement <br />response. The enforcement response plan enables users of the POTW to anticipate <br />enforcement action by the City, <br />(Ord. No. 92-029, ~ 1, 7-13-92) <br /> <br />"Sec. 34-117. Penalty for violation of article provisions. <br /> <br />"(a) In accordance with the enforcement response plan required herein, any <br />person in violation of any of the provisions of this article may be issued an <br />administrative order requiring compliance and may include an administrative fine <br />not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Each and every days continuance of <br />any violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute and be deemed a <br />separate offense. <br /> <br />"(b) Any person violating any of the provisions of this. article shall be guilty of <br />a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed two <br />thousand dollars ($2,000,00), and each and every days continuance of any violation <br />of the provisions of this article shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br />(Ord. No. 92-029, ~ I, 7-13-92) <br /> <br />Secs. 34-118-34-130. Reserved. <br /> <br />DIVISION 4. TRUCKED AND HAULED WASTES <br /> <br />"Sec. 34-131. Generation, transportation and disposal of wastes. <br /> <br />"(a) Nonhazardous wastes. <br /> <br />"(1) A generator of liquid wastes shall comply with the following <br />provisions in addition to compliance with other provisions of this <br />article: <br /> <br />"a. No generator of liquid wastes shall fail to have all liquid waste <br />material removed from his premises by a liquid waste transporter <br />who holds a valid permit from the City. <br /> <br />"b. No generator of liquid wastes may have hazardous wastes or <br />liquid waste in combination with hazardous waste removed from <br />his premises by a liquid waste transporter operating under a city <br />permit. <br /> <br />"c. A generator of liquid wastes shall sign a city trip ticket from the <br />transporter when a load is removed from his premises and keep <br />a copy of all trip tickets for a period of one (I) year, These <br />records shall be made available for inspection by the City at any <br />reasonable time. <br /> <br />39 <br />
