Larry <br />ceived his degree in Business Administration in 1973 and became a Certified Public <br />;countant in 1975. <br />harles Edwards' experience includes successful writing and administering of grant applications <br />cluding the Office of Rural & Community Affairs, Texas Department of Housing & Community <br />ffairs, Texas Municipal Solid Waste and Texas Parks & Wildlife. He has proven successful <br />anaging and organizational skills through various grant projects. Additionally; his extensive <br />)nstruction background has provided him with the organizational skills to complete projects on <br />ne. Charles has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M - Commerce. <br />Zachel Edward's experience includes working comprehensively with HOME Owner-Occupied <br />iousing Assistance and Homebuyer Assistance programs as well as with the Office of Rural & <br />;ommunity Affairs. She works in the area of grant writing and project administration. She too, <br />esearches additional funding sources from federal, state and private foundation grants. Rachel <br />ias a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A& M- Commerce. <br />
