MORRISON, P.E., DEE <br />Mr. Morrison has over 31 years of experience in the planning and design of <br />water treatment facilities throughout the State of Texas. He has personally <br />conducted all the firm's Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Studies and is an <br />authority of implementation of the SOW A and other water related <br />regulations. As a Vice President at Freese and Nichols, Mr. Morrison has the <br />authority to ensure that the City has the resources needed to deliver on the <br />City's expectations. <br /> <br /> <br />. PROJECT MANAGER, HISHAM (HurCH) I. MUSALlAM, P.E. <br />Mr. Musallam will take an active role in the management of the project. Mr. <br />Musallam is an experienced project manager and water engineer and has <br />been involved in the design of several water and wastewater treatment plants <br />throughout Texas, including the City of Beaumont Water Treatment Plant 14 <br />MGD Expansion. He will oversee the day-to-day technical, communication, <br />schedule, budget and contractual elements of the project. His management <br />experience incorporates conceptual, preliminary and final design preparation <br />for construction projects totaling more than $50 million. Together with Mr. <br />Morrison, Mr. Musallam will ensure that the Production Study of the Water <br />Treatment Plan will be executed in an efficient and successful manner. <br /> <br /> <br />. QUAUIY AsslJRANcE/QUAUIY CONfROL LEONARD E. RIPLEY, PH.D., P.E. <br />Dr. Ripley will be responsible for performing Peer Reviews and enforcing <br />QNQC for the team. He specializes in process design and has designed <br />dozens of treatment facilities throughout the United States. His experience <br />includes over 25 years of environmental engineering with an emphasis in <br />water and wastewater treatment. He has designed industrial wastewater <br />treatment facilities and municipal wastewater and water treatment plants, as <br />well as specialized seIVices such as tracer studies, laboratory treatability <br />studies, toxicity studies and operations troubleshooting. Dr. Ripley has <br />recently patented a new process for anaerobic treatment of high strength <br />waste.
