SLOAN, P.E. <br />Mr. Sloan will be the technical director for FNI for this assignment with <br />responsibility for the evaluation of existing facilities and the evalution of <br />improvements. Mr. Sloan has served as project engineer and project <br />manager for numerous water treatment facilities in Texas and has over 18 <br />years of experience in water treatment design including numerous large- and <br />small-scale filter expansions and renovations. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. CAPACIlY ANALYSIS, RANDALD. ROMACK, P.E. <br />Mr. Romack is an experienced water engineer with over 13 years of <br />experience in the design and construction of water treatment facilities. He <br />has served in management and design capacities on numerous municipal <br />and federal water and wastewater treatment plant projects. <br /> <br />. COST EsTIMATING, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AND <br />CONSTRUCTABIUTY, LAWRENCE P. ECKERSLEY, P.E., CCCA <br />Mr. Eckersley will be responsible for constructability issues and construction <br />phase services for FNI.
