<br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the recommendation of the Historic Preservation Commission to select <br />ARCHITEXAS to perform an updated survey of historic resources is hereby confirmed, subject to <br />the conditions stated herein. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the proposal of ARCHITEXAS for the completion of an updated survey <br />of historic resources be, and the same is hereby, accepted conditioned upon said professional <br />services provider meeting all of the terms and specifications included in the request for proposals <br />and subject to and conditioned upon the availability of funds being provided to the City from <br />outside sources, otherwise to be of no force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, a professional services agreement with ARCHITEXAS, upon such <br />terms and conditions and in a form approved by the City Attorney, and only at such time as <br />funding is available from outside sources to defray the cost of performance of the designated <br />services. <br /> <br />Section 4.
