Box 9037 <br />Paris, TX 75461-9037 <br /> <br />Any party may change the address to which notices are to be sent by giving the other <br />parties notice of the new address in the manner provided in this paragraph. <br />23. That this Sub-Lease, shall not be assiguable by SUB-LESSEE without the express <br />written consent of the SUB-LESSOR and the City of Paris. <br />24. That this SubcLease shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the <br /> <br />respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns when <br /> <br />permitted by this Sub-Lease. <br /> <br /> <br />25. That this Sub-Lease shall be construed under, and in accordance with, the laws of <br /> <br /> <br />the State of Texas, and all obligations of the parties created by this Sub-Lease are performable in <br /> <br /> <br />Lamar County, Texas.
