SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />A. Project Description: <br /> <br />The project is an existing building with the interior to be "gutted" to structure <br />and then re-constructed for the City of Paris. The project is a single level police <br />and court facility consisting of approximately 38,000 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />This proposal is based on schematic information received from your office on <br />June 6, 2003 and our recent telephone conversation with a request for design <br />services similar in scope to the Thornton Justice Center project. M-E Engineers, <br />Inc. will conform to the City of Parisi Architect agreement as they pertain to the <br />special systems scope of work as outlined in this proposal. <br /> <br />B.
