Construction Administration: <br /> <br />CSM will attend construction meetings as required review and approve <br />submittals and shop drawings and provide clarifications and interpretation of <br />contract documents. CSM will perform site visits to monitor construction <br />progress and participate in final inspection of the project and prepare "punch list" <br />of items requiring additional attention or correction. <br /> <br />We propose to proVide the services on a lump sum basis as follows: <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Civil Engineering Services: Lump Sum $25,500.00 <br />Construction Documents Phase On-Site (Item A.1-8) <br />Construction Document Phase On-Site (Item A.9 & 10) Lump Sum $8,000.00 <br />Backwater Computations I FEMA Submittal <br />Public Utility Coordination (Item B) l10vtZlX ~ T", 'e Lump Sum $2,500.00 <br />€.)(.ce.e~ 7 "& () "3 ~5 . <br />Construction Administration (Item C) l-(41kU.,.-( /JOT"" '[j lump Sum $3,500.00 <br />. e.~~ 1/'f ~ ') ~S <br />TOTAL FEE $39,500.00 <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenditure (printings, delivery services, city review fees, state sales tax, <br />long distance communications, authorized travel outside the Dallas/Fort Worth <br /> <br />Metroplex, etc.) will be invoiced at our cost, plus 10%. Review and application fees <br />shall be paid by developer. Filing fees will be paid by the Client (City of Paris). <br /> <br />Invoices will be submitted monthly for that portion of the work completed through that <br />period of time, and are due upon receipt. <br /> <br />This proposal is based upon receipt of an Owner. approved site plan and proper zoning <br />as a basis for design. Owner shall provide boundary and topographic surveys to CSM <br />for use as a basis for civil design and the LOMR application.
