In general, the scope of work for Additional Services is not well defined until the project is underway. The following lists Additional Services which we can provide in-house upon request: . Extensive coordination between parties (such as owner, developer, City, Contractor or other Agencies) due to: unclear development issues, ambiguous concepts, or necessary decisions (by Client) on alternative development schemes, or major options.
